Aside from the standard five-card hand, the best possible hand may be a pair of jacks, which is the lowest possible card in a set of jacks. The best possible hand is also a straight, which is seven-5-4-3-2 in two or more suits. In some games, the lowest possible hand is a 6-4-3-2-A, but in other games, it is the ace.
